Design flexibility, quality, durability and cost. Our steel buildings are constructed using the portal frame methodology. This means they are strong, durable, inexpensive and easy to erect. The steel used in our buildings is cold rolled steel. This type of steel is high tensile and very durable. It is incredibly strong. It allows relatively small sections to span long distances. In turn, this cuts the cost of materials and due to the reduction in weight, it allows for innovative construction techniques to be employed. This will result in shorter construction times, thereby reducing the erection costs.

Due to its shape, most cold rolled steel purlins can be packed into very compact bundles. This will allow a large building to be transported in a relatively compact package. This significantly reduces transportation costs.

Another advantage of using cold rolled steel is that the manufacturer cuts to an exact size. This eliminates wastage and saves cutting on site. Cold rolled steel can also have holes punched through it by the manufacturer. This means that the material can be delivered as a kit ready to be bolted together.

The end result is a superior building, engineered to exacting British Standards. It is easy to build, extremely strong and attractive to the eye. Above all you will find all our buildings easy on the pocket.

4. Describe to us your requirements and watch us build your design on screen both as a detailed plan and 3-D image
5. Approve the design
6. Receive the quotation whilst on site if required
7. Approve the quote
8. Submit plans (as supplied by us) for planning permission
9. Confirm the order and pay deposit on receipt of planning permission
10. Your building is delivered within approximately 3 weeks for you to erect yourself or to be erected by our teams
